PURCHASE AGREEMENT, NON-BREEDING CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE

The following obligations are agreed upon by both the Seller/breeder and Buyer/ owner for the sale transaction of our puppy/dog (shiba inu):

1. The Seller agrees, to the best of their knowledge, that the dog purchased by the Buyer is in good general health with first vaccinations, and deworming, also providing a medical record indicating such.

2. The Seller declares that the puppy has been checked by a professional veterinarian and has been found in good health. The puppy is given to the new owner in good condition and healthy

3. Seller will provide a health guarantee for a period of 1 year against all genetic health problems and any birth defects that affect or reduce the span of the puppy’s life. If this puppy is found to have a hereditary congenital health problem or birth defect that affects or reduces the spam of the  puppy’s life in a period of 1 year, the seller will replace the puppy (same bread and color) in a maximum of 6 months. The Seller should be notified within 24 hours after the exam. The Seller does not refund money unless a new puppy is not found in a period of 6 months. All medical and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. It is important to take your puppy to the vet within 30 days of bringing the puppy home for a complete health check. Failure to do so will void the “health guarantee.” Doing so will give the Buyer a peace of mind in knowing they have acquired a healthy puppy. Please take a stool sample with you. Although the puppy has been dewormed properly, worms or other microorganisms may still be present. Puppies easily pick up organisms throughout their environments.

4. The Buyer acknowledges for this guarantee to be valid; proof of all vaccinations has to be provided and be up-to-date (i.e., rabies, bordetella, and leptospirosis). The second shots of vaccinations have to be also provided after 30 days of the 1st puppy vaccinations.

5. In the event of any congenital health problems, the Buyer must provide signed documents from a licensed veterinarian stating what congenital health issues the dog has, as well as the description of the dog, date of birth and microchip number must be made. All this is at no expense to the Seller. Once all documents are provided, the Buyer will return the puppy to the Seller, and the Buyer will be given a new puppy from different parents of the same breed, color, and sex in a maximum period of 6 months (i.e., if a puppy with these conditions is not found by the Seller in that period of time, the Seller will give the money back to the Buyer). All medical and shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6. The puppy is sold as a pet only. The Buyer agrees to a “NON‐BREEDING CONTRACT.” By signing this contract, the Buyer agrees to ensure that said dog is not bred or allowed to produce a litter before they are altered. If these circumstances were to happen, the Seller has the right to take back said dog and puppies at no expense.
